I'm someone who believes in real food, deep breaths & good energy. 

...all while helping you to ditch the guilt and feel strong and free.

A little about me...

I know how it feels to be the strong one - the capable one - the one who eveyone relies on while internally running on empty.  For me that part of my journey ended in breakdown and having to rebuild myself from the ground up.

Having spent years working in the dieting industry (and being a child of the 90’s!)  I also know the enormous amount pressure we put on ourselves to look a certain way for the world around us and  it is very easy to lose sight of taking care of our mental wellbeing in this process.

I am passionate about sharing my experience with other women and to make sure that this season of our lives if one full of growth, sisterhood and happiness.  Because I am certainly not ready to resign myself to a lonely, boring, unfufilled life in my 40s.

So now, I help women eat for health without restriction.  I help them to regulate, reduce stress and create a more balanced life through structured coaching that brings clarity without pressure.  And let’s not forget to rediscover the fun that brings that sparkle back into your eyes!
